Both products are supplied in coil form for efficient processing and can be fully customized in terms of dimensions, coating weight, and surface treatment.

Galvalume Production Line
Step 1: Feed Section
Coil loading and continuous coil welding
Buffer stock for continuous operation
Surface cleaning and degreasing
Step 2: Annealing Furnace
Heating to 700–800°C for recrystallization
Reducing atmosphere (H₂–N₂) for surface activation
Targeted mechanical properties achieved through controlled cooling
Step 3: Hot-Dip Coating
Immersion in molten aluminum-zinc bath (600°C)
Coating weight controlled using a gas knife (accuracy ±5%)
High-quality products undergo nitrogen wiping
Step 4: Cooling and Treatment
Controlled cooling to solidify the coating
Water quenching or air cooling
