DX53 galvanized steel coil is a deep-drawing grade that combines excellent formability with the protective properties of a standard galvanized coating. It is ideal for complex forming processes, automotive components, and general manufacturing applications that require both corrosion resistance and workability.
Both products are supplied in coil form for efficient processing and can be fully customized in terms of dimensions, coating weight, and surface treatment.

Galvalume Production Line
Step 1: Feed Section
Coil loading and continuous coil welding
Buffer stock for continuous operation
Surface cleaning and degreasing
Step 2: Annealing Furnace
Heating to 700–800°C for recrystallization
Reducing atmosphere (H₂–N₂) for surface activation
Targeted mechanical properties achieved through controlled cooling
Step 3: Hot-Dip Coating
Immersion in molten aluminum-zinc bath (600°C)
Coating weight controlled using a gas knife (accuracy ±5%)
High-quality products undergo nitrogen wiping
Step 4: Cooling and Treatment
Controlled cooling to solidify the coating
Water quenching or air cooling
Surface finish treatment (optional): Smoothing rolling
