Welded Pipe
1. ERW pipe
Generally, welded straight seam rigid pipes are used to transport low-pressure fluid. It is made of q215a, Q235A steel and Q235B ordinary carbon. It can also be made of 0317 standard model 6012 and 755 mild steel. Water pressure, bending, flattening and other tests shall be carried out for pipes, and there are certain requirements for surface quality. Generally, the delivery length is 4-10m, and fixed length (or double length) delivery is often required. The specification of welded pipe is expressed in nominal diameter (mm or inch). The nominal diameter is different from the actual. According to the specified wall thickness, the welded pipe can be divided into ordinary steel pipe and thickened steel pipe, and the steel pipe can be divided into threaded and non threaded according to the form of pipe end.
It is widely used in low-pressure fluid transportation and mechanical structure such as water, gas, air, oil and steam.

Executive standard of raw material (strip steel): GB / t3524-92 steel strip for welded steel pipe shall comply with GB / t13793 standard, which is applicable to all kinds of structural parts, parts and fluid transmission pipelines, as well as electric welded steel pipes for other purposes; Straight seam welded pipes applicable to water, sewage, gas, air, heating steam and other low-pressure fluid transportation and other structures in accordance with GB / t3091-2015 standard; GB / t13793 standard is applicable to all kinds of structural parts, parts and fluid transmission pipelines, as well as electric welded steel pipes for other purposes; Straight seam welded pipes applicable to water, sewage, gas, air, heating steam and other low-pressure fluid transportation and other structures in accordance with GB / t3091-2015 standard.
2. Spiral welded pipe
It is made by rolling low-carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strip into steel pipe according to a certain helix angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seam. It can produce large-diameter steel pipe with narrow strip steel. The specification is expressed by outer diameter * wall thickness. The welded pipe shall ensure that the hydrostatic test, tensile strength and cold bending performance of the weld meet the requirements.
In terms of welding process, the welding method of spiral welded pipe is the same as that of straight seam steel pipe, but the straight seam welded pipe will inevitably have a lot of t-welds, so the probability of welding defects is greatly improved. Moreover, the welding residual stress at the t-weld is large, and the weld metal is often in the state of three-dimensional stress, which increases the possibility of cracks. Moreover, according to the process regulations of submerged arc welding, each weld shall have an arc striking place and an arc extinguishing place, but each straight seam welded pipe cannot meet this condition when welding the circumferential seam, so there may be more welding defects at the arc extinguishing place.
Spiral pipe is mainly used in tap water engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction. It is one of the 20 key products developed in China. For liquid transportation: water supply, drainage, sewage treatment engineering, mud transportation, marine water transportation. For gas transmission: gas, steam and liquefied petroleum gas. For structure: as pile driving pipe and bridge; Pipes for wharf, road and building structures, marine piling pipes, etc.
Spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe SY5036-83 for pressure fluid transmission is mainly used for pipelines transporting oil and natural gas; Spiral seam high-frequency welded steel pipe sy5038-83 for pressure fluid transmission, which is welded by high-frequency lap welding method and used for pressure fluid transmission. The steel pipe has strong pressure bearing capacity and good plasticity, which is convenient for welding and processing; Spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe SY5037-83 for general low-pressure fluid transmission is made of double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-sided welding method, which is used for general low-pressure fluid transmission such as water, gas, air and steam.

Hot dipped galvanized steel pipe
Hot dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal react with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, so as to combine the matrix and coating. Hot dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, it is cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip galvanizing tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex physical and chemical reactions take place between the steel pipe matrix and the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc ferroalloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
1. Uniformity of zinc coating: the steel pipe sample shall be immersed in copper sulfate solution for 5 times without turning red (copper plating color)
2. Surface quality: the surface of galvanized steel pipe shall have a complete galvanized layer, without black spots and bubbles, and small rough surfaces and local zinc nodules are allowed.
It is widely used in agricultural greenhouse, fire control, gas, water supply and drainage and other fields.

Square and rectangular steel tube pipe

1. The allowable deviation of the wall thickness of square pipe shall not exceed plus or minus 10% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is no more than 10mm, plus or minus 8% of the wall thickness when the wall thickness is more than 10mm, except for the wall thickness of corners and weld areas.
2. The usual delivery length of square rectangular pipe is 4000mm-12000mm, mostly 6000mm and 12000mm. The rectangular tube is allowed to deliver short and non fixed length products not less than 2000mm, and can also be delivered in the form of interface tube, but the Demander shall cut off the interface tube when using it. The weight of short gauge and non fixed gauge products shall not exceed 5% of the total delivery volume. For square moment tubes with theoretical weight greater than 20kg / m, it shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery volume
