- Overview
- Recommended Products
- Slight Oiled: Standard rust prevention for general fabrication; suitable for most stamping operations
- Dry: Clean surface for applications where oil contamination must be avoided, such as pre-painting or welding operations
- Bright Annealed: Enhanced surface reflectivity for decorative or exposed applications
- Black Annealed: Softer material state for severe forming operations and deep drawing

Product Overview
Our premium cold rolled steel sheet coils are manufactured to exacting standards for global export markets. Available in 1.2mm and 1.5mm thicknesses with SPCC-SD grade, these coils deliver superior surface quality, precise dimensional accuracy, and excellent formability for demanding industrial applications.
Cold rolled steel (CRC/CR) is produced by further reducing hot-rolled steel strips at room temperature, resulting in a clean surface finish free from iron oxide scale. The SPCC-SD (Steel Plate Cold Commercial – Skin-pass Dull finish) specification ensures optimal performance for stamping, drawing, and precision fabrication processes.

Production Process
Our cold rolled steel coils undergo a rigorous multi-stage production process. Hot-rolled coils first pass through pickling to remove surface scale, followed by cold rolling at room temperature to achieve precise gauge tolerances. The material then enters a continuous annealing furnace for recrystallization, restoring ductility while maintaining strength. A final skin-pass rolling step provides the characteristic dull or bright surface finish and ensures flatness control within ±1% tolerance .
Applications
These coils serve critical functions across diverse industries:
Automotive Manufacturing: Body panels, door skins, fenders, motor housings, fuel tanks, and structural reinforcements requiring deep-drawing capability
Electrical Appliances: Washing machine drums, refrigerator panels, air conditioner housings, microwave enclosures, and computer chassis
Construction & Building: Roofing and siding substrates, structural sections, bridge components, and architectural trim
General Fabrication: Metal containers, filing cabinets, drawer slides, silencers, umbrella ribs, bicycle chain covers, and precision stampings
Downstream Processing: Ideal as substrate for galvanizing (GI), galvalume (GL), and prepainted steel (PPGI/PPGL) production

FAQ
Q: What's the diff between CRC and HRC?
A: CRC (Cold Rolled Coil) is rolled at room temp for better surface finish and tighter tolerances. HRC (Hot Rolled Coil) is rolled at high temp, thicker, with rougher surface. CRC is preferred for precision parts and exposed surfaces.
Q: Can you cut coils to sheet?
A: Yes. We provide slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking services per your specs.
Q: Lead time?
A: Stock items: 7–15 days. Custom orders: 15–30 days after deposit confirmation.
Q: Payment terms?
A: 30% TT deposit + 70% balance against B/L.
Q: Can I visit your factory?
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A: Yes. Custom thickness, width, coil weight, surface treatment, and private labeling available.
Q: How can I get your quotation as soon as possible?
