Q: What is the maximum cutting thickness?

A: Carbon steel: 0.4–50 mm in a single pass. For 50 mm cuts, verticality of the cut surface is ≤ 0.5°.

Q: What is the accuracy tolerance for your 20,000V laser cutting machine?

A: ±0.03 mm.

Q: What is the smallest circular hole and gap width that can be cut?

A: For plate thickness t ≤ 3 mm, the minimum hole diameter is 0.5t; the minimum gap width is ≥ 0.2 mm. For 0.8 mm plates, micro-gaps as small as 0.4 mm can be cut for filter mesh applications.

Q: Does the heat-affected zone affect bending?

A: It depends on the bending radius. No cracks occur when the bending radius is ≥1t. If the bending radius r ≤ 0.5t, a 1 mm micro-connection can be reserved. After blanking, secondary shearing removes the heat-affected zone.

Q: What is the utilization rate of a single sheet?

A: Average utilization rate: 85-92%; 10-15% higher than traditional punch presses.
