Product Induction
PPGI (pre-painted galvanized steel coil) is a high-performance composite material produced by applying multiple layers of organic coating to the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel coil (HDGI) or galvanized-aluminum steel coil (GL). Our PPGI coils range in thickness from 0.12 to 1.0 millimeters. Combining the exceptional corrosion resistance of a galvanized substrate with an attractive and diverse range of finishes, they are the ideal solution for architectural roofing, wall cladding, and home appliance manufacturing.
With over 20 years of production experience, we supply PPGI coils to more than 80 countries, including Switzerland, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, and Southeast Asia, with a monthly production capacity of up to 50,000 tons.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL?
A: PPGI uses galvanized steel (zinc coating) as its substrate, while PPGL uses galvanized-aluminum steel (55% aluminum-zinc alloy). PPGL offers 2 to 6 times better corrosion resistance than PPGI, but costs 10% to 15% more. PPGI is suitable for general construction; PPGL is suitable for coastal or high-humidity environments.
Q: Can you provide custom colors for the images above?
A: Yes. We accept custom color samples.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The standard MOQ is 1 ton per specification/color (1 20-foot container). Samples are available, but the price per ton will be slightly higher.
Q: How can I get your quotation as soon as possible?
