Aluminum-Zinc Coated Substrate

Each coil of steel is hot-dip coated with an alloy consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, offering 2 to 6 times the corrosion resistance of traditional galvanized steel. This proprietary metallurgical formulation creates a dense intermetallic compound barrier that protects cut edges and scratches through sacrificial electrochemical action, ensuring decades of maintenance-free performance even in coastal, industrial, or high-humidity environments.
