Cold-Rolled Coil Production Process

Degreasing and Cleaning: Rolling oils are removed from the surface via electrolytic degreasing and brushing to prevent sticking during annealing.
Annealing: The strip is heated to the recrystallization temperature in a protective atmosphere to eliminate work hardening and restore plasticity.
Leveling: Light rolling improves flatness, eliminates yield plateaus, and controls surface roughness.
Finishing and Oil Application: After rewinding, slitting, and surface inspection, anti-rust oil is applied to protect the finished product.
Packaging and Storage: The product is weighed, bundled, packaged, and then stored.
