S350GD+Z Galvanized Steel Tubing (including round tubes, square and rectangular tubes, and special-shaped welded tubes) is a high-strength structural steel tubing based on European Standard EN 10346. It offers advantages of high strength, high corrosion resistance, high formability, and excellent weldability. The total galvanized coating weight is 275 g/m² on both sides. It can be applied in construction, electromechanical, energy, agriculture, and animal husbandry sectors.

A: Theoretical ≥ 350 MPa, actual delivery 370–400 MPa.
Q: Can it be processed for bending?
A: Yes. Under 180° cold bending, the outer surface shows no visible cracks, and there is essentially no risk of springback cracking.
Q: What are the differences between S350GD+Z galvanized pipes and S280GD+Z?
A: The yield strength is 70 MPa higher, and the tensile strength is approximately 60 MPa higher. It is more suitable for large-span, high-load photovoltaic mounting structures. Even with a 15% reduction in wall thickness, equivalent strength is maintained.
Q: What is the zinc coating thickness?
A: The default is 275 g/m² (total for both sides). Actual orders can reach up to 350 g/m², depending entirely on customer requirements.
Q: Can 350GD+Z Galvanized Pipe be welded?
A: It can be welded at room temperature. This material is low-carbon, low-alloy steel and can be welded using CO₂ welding at room temperature.
