Q: What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL?
A: PPGI uses hot-dip galvanized steel as its substrate (galvanized coating), while PPGL (pre-painted galvanized-aluminum steel sheet) uses galvanized-aluminum steel as its substrate (a coating containing 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon). PPGL offers excellent corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity, making it ideal for harsh environments and high-temperature applications. PPGI, on the other hand, is more cost-effective and suitable for general-purpose applications.
Q: What thickness specifications does your company offer?
A: The thickness range of the pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) coils we manufacture is 0.12 mm to 1.5 mm.
