Product Induction
HR370B laser-cut parts can be fabricated in a single pass using a 20,000V laser cutting machine. Materials include carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, and aluminum alloys, with a maximum cutting thickness of 50mm. Positioning accuracy is ≤ ±0.03 mm, repeat positioning is ≤ ±0.01 mm, and contour accuracy is consistently maintained within 0.05 mm. Parts are ready for direct assembly without secondary machining. Cut edges exhibit a bright finish with taper <0.05 mm, slag thickness <0.1 mm, and Ra ≤6 μm, significantly reducing subsequent grinding requirements. The heat-affected zone is controlled within 0.2 mm, with overall sheet deformation <0.5 mm/m, providing an excellent reference surface for subsequent welding and coating.
Subsequent surface treatments can be applied per customer requirements. Our facilities include polishing machines to refine HR370B laser-cut parts, maintaining their aesthetic appeal. Additional surface treatments such as galvanizing and spray painting are also available.
Should customers require bending, welding, or drilling, our factory utilizes bending machines, welding equipment, and drilling machines to process metal parts.

Q: Does hardness increase after laser cutting? How is machinability?
A: The heat-affected zone width is <0.2 mm, and hardness increase generally does not exceed 30 HV. Subsequent bending and flanging die life are virtually unaffected. If tapping or drilling is required, we recommend laser cutting followed by deburring → CNC drilling sequence.
Q: Can it be used for beveling? What is the angle accuracy?
A: Supports 0–45° V/Y/K-type bevels in a single pass. Assembly clearance can be controlled within 0.3 mm, reducing weld volume by 40%.
Q: How corrosion-resistant is HR370B? Can it be used directly outdoors?
A: With SAPH370 substrate being hot-rolled steel, its inherent corrosion resistance is average. For outdoor applications, we recommend hot-dip galvanizing the entire piece after cutting (zinc coating ≥65 µm) to extend its service life.
