25CrMo4: Medium-low strength + high toughness welded components, suitable for high-pressure pipelines, hydraulic props, carburized gears, and cryogenic valves.
34CrMo4: Excellent strength and toughness, heat-resistant up to 500°C. Suitable for high-pressure gas cylinders, rotors, spindles, deep well drill pipes, and -50°C hydrogen storage tanks.
42CrMo4: Ultra-high strength and wear resistance. Suitable for heavy-duty gears, connecting rods, rollers, mining drill tools, and large crankshafts.
Material Selection Recommendations
1. For wall temperatures ≤300°C where welding convenience is required, select 25CrMo4 hot-rolled plate. Post-weld tempering is unnecessary.
2. For wall temperatures 300-400°C requiring higher-strength steel plates, select 34CrMo4. Post-tempering yield strength reaches 650-800 MPa with limited cost increase.
3. For high-load, wear-resistant, or low-temperature impact (-40°C) environments, select 42CrMo4. After quenching and tempering, impact resistance ≥35 J, with hardness exceeding 300 HB.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Capable of laser cutting, bending, welding, drilling, and beveling thin plates, medium-thick plates, steel pipes, and other materials. Post-forming surface treatments such as painting and galvanizing are performed according to customer requirements.
